Director of Student Services

The Director of Student Services is responsible for managing all programs that support student success. This includes overseeing case management, social services integration, employment and the strategic development of student services programs. Working closely with other departments, the Director ensures a cohesive approach to student services and develops partnerships that enrich the lives of students and their families. The Director will oversee all three phases of our program from recruitment to two years post-graduation and successfully move students from generational poverty to off government assistance and thriving

Full-Time Employment Specialist

The Employment Specialist oversees retaining and the building of employment partnerships. They are responsible for a 100% job placement rate for graduates of Pawsperity. They will utilize the strengths model of case management and remove barriers that prevent employment. The specialist is responsible for graduate engagement in the Bridge and Alumni programs and retention in employment. They are also responsible in preparing the current student for employment.
