  • $2,500 HSA

Pawsperity will contribute monthly to your HSA, up to $2,520 annually.

Pawsperity offers dental insurance to eligible employees on a shared-cost basis. Dependent coverage is also available. Employee payments are made on a pre-tax basis.

Pawsperity provides Group Term Life and AD&D coverage of $50,000 for yourself only.

After completing the initial 6 months, employees are automatically enrolled in Pawsperity’s 401(k) retirement plan.

Depending on position classification and longevity, employees earn accruals for:

  • 10 or 15 days of vacation during the first 12 months.
  • After the first year, 10 or 15 days (depending on classification) are awarded in January of each year.

Employees earn sick leave at the rate of 7 working days during the first 12 months. After the first year, 7 days are awarded in January of each year.
