It is hard to believe that warmer weather and Spring is finally here. Like all the flowers I’ve been seeing lately, I feel Pawsperity’s community partnerships are blooming, too. A big shout out to Bar K for allowing us to have our first ever Pup Pageant at their location on April 6. This fun event was heavily attended and a great way to spread the word about our mission. If you missed it, don’t worry because we are already talking about doing it again next year.

For those of you who may be shopping for a Mother’s Day gift, you don’t want to miss an upcoming event on April 21 at the Plaza’s Kendra Scott store. 20% of sales from that day will be coming to Pawsperity. They even have an online shopping option which you can learn more about here. Kendra Scott has continued to be extremely supportive of our mission and it is very appreciated.

Pet-Ag will be presenting to our graduates and students in April for a second year in a row during an upcoming continued education class. We are fortunate to have this relationship and their genuine support.

These are only a handful of ways some of our valued community partners have decided to help us. If you own a business, or work for a company who may be interested in partnering with Pawsperity in some capacity, we encourage you to reach out to us. We have a growing Corporate Partnership Program that offers team building opportunities, as well as extremely good marketing perks with certain sponsorship levels—including ad space in our upcoming 2024 magazine. For a limited time, your company’s gift can go even further, by being matched for a limited time. That means your company could also receive twice as many perks! For more information, you can learn more here.

Last but not least, you may have read Jodie’s success story, which is a true testament to Pawsperity. Our Spring letter, which features Jodie, may have hit your mailbox already this week. If it did, I encourage you to consider giving. Any amount helps. As mentioned, thanks to the amazing generosity of the Jack F. and Glenna Y. Wylie Foundation, for a limited time, your gift will be matched—meaning you can have double the impact.

Whether you are a community partner, bring your dog to us for grooming or daycare, volunteer, or are a donor, we thank you for your support! Happy Spring!
