It is hard to believe that nearly half of the summer has already flown by! For us at Pawsperity, that means we are looking to the last half of an already busy 2023. While we have been in our new facility since the beginning of the year, we haven’t officially celebrated with the community. Save the Date for Saturday, October 21 for our Grand Opening for the public. If you haven’t had the opportunity to come see our new space, it will be a great reason for you to celebrate with us. More details to come in next month’s newsletter.
Meanwhile, if you are a dog owner looking for pet services, don’t forget we now offer both grooming and doggie daycare. If your dog is energetic, if you work long hours, or if you are having work done on your home, we can provide Fido with a safe, camp-like setting. We offer multiple dog discounts and have different half-day and full-day options to meet your specific needs.
Additionally, if your dog needs a bath, their nails done, or a full groom, we can also provide those services both from our nonprofit school or our new retail rate grooming salon. Our salon (also at our Kansas City location) is staffed by very capable groomers who have graduated from our program. This program is modeled after our Lee’s Summit location, which has been up and running since 2019. Our salon provides elite services, and it is quick to get an appointment scheduled. We also have openings within the grooming school and do need a variety of haircuts and dogs for our students to learn on while they are under the guidance and supervision of our grooming instructors. However, please note that service within the school typically books out at least a month, if not two, in advance.
Regardless of how we may be able to meet your dog’s needs, just remember the revenue from all the services feeds directly back into our mission of unleashing human potential. As we build our services to meet the growth of our organization and need of our community, we very much appreciate your continued support as customers. Thank you for trusting us with your 4-legged family members.
